Anna Smit is a born and raised Amsterdammer and a practioner of Yoga since she was 5 years old.

She believes the world can be a better place with the holistic approach that nothing is static, we are all in motion and we are here to learn. And have fun in the meantime, while igniting our full potential.



Her style ranges from powerful fitness Yoga to super relaxed restorative and meditation. Her classes are always intuitive, real and playful.
